Consider it a sheer gift, friend, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides.
Without doubt, that is not easy!
In reality, the sense of ease seems far away, lost in the fog of yesterday.
Hope looks asleep!
Then, comes the misery.
The hard rain!
The anguish.
The pain.
The constant drizzle of the mundane day!
What joy!
Some gift!
But wait!
Faith wakes up.
Hope begins to stir.
Love gives a nudge.
Soon up.
An all new day!
Shh!
Simply listen!
The refreshing sound.
A peaceful expression.
Softly at first.
Gently turns loud.
What could it be?
Who?
Hold-on!
Recognise?
It is you!
Hear anew!
Your laughter in the rain!
