Leave The Past Behind:
Have you ever started a new venture with eagerness, exuberance, and gusto?
But then, you discover that things were not easy – requiring great effort to accomplish.
In fact, things did not happen as quickly as you had expected.
Moreover, the venture did not always progress as you had liked, for this reason – things were working out not as you’d planned.
Maybe you’ve made mistakes along the way.
Maybe you’ve messed up big time!
Consequently, you have found yourself dwelling on the past!
Ever been there?
Perhaps you’re there right now.
Well, know this, you will never gain ground with an impelling force or strength if you allow your past to cast a shadow over your future!
Instead, as God’s kids, remember this – we were made to run, jump, leap, and excel.
So, don’t keep going over and over old ground!
Come-on kids, let’s be off and running, without turning back.
That’s it! Leave the past behind!
Let go, brush yourself down.
Then, focus your energy.
Yes, be diligent, disciplined, and dedicated.
And, with hands outstretched to whatever lies ahead – go straight for the goal.
