Storms Know No Boundaries:
Christian, I don’t mind repeating what I have written in earlier messages of encouragement, and I hope you don’t mind hearing it again.
But, today, a friend of mine near Capalaba, Queensland, shared through social media, the following:
“And yet another storm with full on lightening, thunder and rain!
This is crazy …. have never known anything like it!!
It’s just one after the other!”
You know friends, this serves as a reminder – life can be like this!
Sure-enough, things can appear to happen in an uninterrupted way!
This may cause us to question, why?
But wait!
Just because we’re Christians, doesn’t mean we have freedom from obstacles in life!
There’s no such immunity for anyone!
Storms know no boundaries!
Nevertheless, because we are Christians and God is on our side, He enables us to handle those problems with greater ease and grace, even though it might appear tough at the time.
Thankfully though, we can also draw comfort from God’s Word, as He reminds us:
“When you’re in over your head, I’ll be there with you.
When you’re in rough waters, you will not go down.
When you’re between a rock and a hard place, It won’t be a dead end – because I am God, your personal God, your Saviour.”
What a praise!
Isaiah 43:2
